ADVANCED leadership team dedicates quality time developing and measuring our vision for the future of our stakeholders. As ADVANCED enters into its fourth decade, technology advancements has always been at the center of our vision. Whether that was a new business system, a measuring device, or the latest manufacturing equipment, our founder, Steve Shortess, knew the importance of being informed about new technologies and applying them accordingly. His foundational vision from 40 years ago is engrained into our current leadership team and they are committed to carrying on his legacy of exceptional service. His favorite saying to his staff has always been, “We’re in the service business first. We just happened to sell plastic raw materials and machined components.”
ADVANCED will continue to enhance its core vision with talented people that care about others, use advancing technologies throughout our business processes, and nurture our culture of continuous improvement.
